So you are a guy that knows how to socialise but you are also a guy that probably hasn't done it on your own and out of your comfort zone for years, so we thought we'd give you some rules to follow.
• Look your best . First impressions do count so make sure you look smart and clean. Women always look at a man's shoes - might seem absurd - but to them, if you have clean shoes it means you take pride in your appearance.
• Current Affairs. Make sure you are up to date on current affairs, watch the news and read the papers. It makes you a much more interesting person to talk to.
• Sporting Times. If sport is a major part of your life just make sure you don't talk about it all the time - nothing will bore a woman more than a man that talks non stop about football!
• Manners. Manners maketh man and that is a very true saying. A woman likes to be treated well, so swot up on your manners - open the door for her, listen to what she has to say while having your own opinions too but not too strongly.

To ensure our events open up your social life, we have outlined just a couple of rules for you to follow and to give you a head start.
• Always look great. Whatever your income.
• Arrive on time. It is ok for a woman to arrive up to ten minutes late. Anything later than that is rude unless you have a genuine and plausible excuse to warrant it!
• Current Affairs. The same advice applies for the fairer sex as it does to men - make sure you are up to date on current affairs as it will make you a much more interesting person to talk to.
